Job Description Associate Manager, IT Master Data at a glance... Location: Toronto, ON Hybrid: 3 days/week This position is responsible for leading a team of experienced Master Data experts in activities for master data application management services (AMS) for business day to day requirements at the Kraft Heinz Company. This person will lead / interact with internal and external resources owning incident management, development / configuration, small enhancements and end user engagement What's on the menu? Lead / interact/liaison with internal and external resources owning incident management, development / configuration, small enhancements, and end user engagement Coordinates data team, functional process teams, functional business, and technical stakeholders to ensure delivery work is progressing on time, per scope & release requirements and with the highest quality Ability to lead across multiple domains and geographies. Including, but not limited to, North America, Latin America, Europe, Russia, Middle East/Africa, Australia/New Zealand, Asia Pacific, etc. Work with IT & Business Leadership to identify issues, assign resources to investigate, and monitor deliverable progress until completion Deliver functional and technical specifications, test cases, end user documentation, change management detail and training, when required Lead communication efforts directly and through influence with internal and external stakeholders Collaborate with the Data Management Factory, IT Master Data Team, Data Operations and Governance to support all domain processes Recipe for Success - apply now if this sounds like you! 5+ years-experience in Master Data management and governance, maintaining a knowledge of product, material, customer, vendor domains. Finance knowledge is also desirable Should be Techno-Functional in Master Data Governance and an expert in one of the Master Data domains – Product/Material, Business Partner, and Finance SAP Master Data Governance (MDG) certification is preferred Should have worked in at-least two Master Data Governance support project and knowledgeable global delivery model operations Should have worked on Data models (enhance data model in Flex/Re-Use mode), Rule based workflow, BRF + configuration, update Decision tables, HANA Search, Data quality duplicate checks and DRFOUT framework Persuasive communicator, strong facilitator with the ability to be flexible and adjust approach to each situation Innovator mindset and drive to ensure continuous improvement, strong on building SOPs Functional process knowledge in one or more areas, with emphasis on OTC, Supply Chain, Finance, Logistics, PLM, Commercialization, Marketing/e-commerce, governance, analytics Strong overall SAP knowledge – WRICEFs, ECC, MDG on S4, Workflow, Data Services, Ariba, S4 HANA, etc Experience with ServiceNow and incident management protocols Data migration experience from requirements gathering, mapping, data construction, testing, training document creation and execution, go live and support Experience in business process definition and data modeling Experience in leading/managing a group of internal and external technical programmers in building various data tools for migration Our Total Rewards philosophy is to provide a meaningful and flexible spectrum of programs that equitably support our diverse workforce and their families and complement Kraft Heinz’ strategy and values.
