What You Will Own • Develop learning strategies aligned with business priorities. • Lead signature technical learning experiences such as bootcamps, workshops, hackathons, and certification sprints. • Partner with SMEs, leaders, and external trainers to deliver engaging and relevant content. • Manage learning platforms and ensure a smooth, high-engagement learner journey. • Use data and dashboards to assess program effectiveness and communicate insights. • Mentor a small team and manage vendor relationships to ensure high-quality delivery.
