Job Description We are currently searching for an Associate Manager / Manager to join the Analytics & Activation team in Eastern Europe. In this role, you will not only lead pricing and promotion projects for some of the largest FMCG companies but also support the Team Lead in managing day-to-day team operations. You'll play a key role in guiding junior team members, coordinating project delivery, and ensuring alignment with strategic goals. Your insights and leadership will help shape pricing strategies that drive business impact across sales and P&L. Responsibilities Deliver pricing and promotion optimization projects for FMCG clients across Eastern Europe. Analyze market data using Nielsen tools and methodologies to answer key business questions. Translate analytical findings into clear, actionable insights and client-ready reports. Present recommendations in client meetings, both formal and informal. Coordinate project execution across expert teams and ensure timely delivery. Support the Team Lead in coordinating day-to-day operations and aligning project execution with strategic goals. Mentor junior team members and contribute to a collaborative, high-performing team environment. Act as a liaison between the team and senior leadership from Product & Modelling team, ensuring clear communication and timely updates on key initiatives. Qualifications 5+ years of experience in pricing, promotion, trade marketing, consumer insights, or category/key account management within the FMCG sector. Strong analytical and numerical skills with a business-oriented mindset. Excellent communication and storytelling abilities. Comfortable working in a digital and data-driven environment. Experience with Nielsen tools is mandatory. Experience with Power BI is a plus.
