Job Description Associate Manager – GRFE Shift: Evening/ Night Location: Vadodara, India Function: Operations Role Overview The Associate Manager – GRFE is responsible for leading end‑to‑end operational delivery for the GRFE team, ensuring high quality, right‑first‑time execution, and strong stakeholder satisfaction. The role acts as the operational bridge between internal client services and delivery teams while driving team performance, quality improvement, and process excellence.
