JOB PURPOSE The PNG Operations and Maintenance Lead is responsible for ensuring the safe, efficient, and reliable operation of ATGL's pipeline network. This role oversees the day-to-day operations and maintenance activities, develops and implements strategies to optimize system performance, and ensures compliance with all regulatory, safety, and environmental standards. The Lead fosters a culture of safety and continuous improvement within the team, manages emergency response plans, and maintains strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. By providing strategic direction and operational oversight, the position plays a critical role in maintaining the integrity and functionality of the pipeline infrastructure, contributing to the overall operational excellence and reliability of ATGL's gas distribution services.
