Job Purpose: Supervisor - Stevedoring is responsible for supervising the day-to-day stevedoring activities, ensuring that cargo is handled safely and efficiently. This role supports the Line Manager and Shift In Charge by directly overseeing the operational execution on the ground and maintaining high standards of safety and performance.
Responsibilities
The role involves ensuring 100% accuracy in the Dry Cargo Documentation process while managing, guiding, training, and motivating teams for efficiency and a customer-friendly approach. This position also handles MIS reporting, Vendor Management, and processing payments according to established procedures.
