JOB PURPOSE Providing business analysis of various joint ventures at Delhi, Hyderabad and any other upcoming Airports ORGANISATION CHART Accountabilities Key Performance Indicators MIS On time completion. Business analysis M&A and divestment Ensure management objective is achieved on time. JV management Revenue enhancement strategy at various businesses JV Management Optimize return on investment (adequate dividends are received from profitable Vs). Maximize return to shareholders in the form of upsides / dividends from JVs. Secretarial Ensure board minutes are in line with the discussion held in board meeting. Shareholder’s interest is being protected.
