Job Summary
This position is responsible for Production planning along with coordination between Sales, Customer service & Production teams for efficient service delivery

Roles & Responsibilities

• Understand, reflect & practice IFFCO’s vision & values.
• Consolidate the SKU wise demand for the next week to arrive at loading on each machine / line
• Finalize the schedule/sequence on each production line basis of dispatch priorities and minimum changeover/downtime requirements.
• Check RMPM availability for the above mentioned schedule & rearrange the sequence / product if there is any concern
• Check any other constraints of production (like manpower, project work, trials) on each line & incorporate the same in the schedule.
• Create Final Production batches in ERP system.
• Link the production batches with Sales order for specific printing instruction to appear on batch ticket
• Update PE Date / Lot numbers / Barcode for all the Production batches.
• Analyze the Production Plan Compliance report of previous week & update the reasons for non-conformance in EBS to unit Supply chain

Work experience requirement
5-8 years of relevant functional experience in a reputed companies
