SECTION I: ROLE INTRODUCTION Outlines the basic information of the role. Job Title Associate Manager – Process Reporting To Senior Manager - Process Location Gangaikondan Grade/ Level 1A Job Objective Support process design, optimization, and standardization initiatives to improve productivity, quality, cost, and safety. The role works closely with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement and ensure process discipline across operations. Key Responsibilities Responsibilities KPIs 1) Support process mapping, analysis, and optimization initiatives Identify process gaps, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities 2) Ensure adherence to defined process controls and best practices Support process audits and compliance checks 3) Work closely with Operations, Quality, Maintenance, Engineering, and Supply Chain Resolve complex process issues and manage cross-functional dependencies 4) Promote continuous improvement culture on shopfloor / project sites Support training and awareness on process tools and methodologies SECTION VI: ROLE PROFILE REQUIREMENTS Education Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical / Electrical / Industrial / Production / Chemical) Master’s Degree / MBA / CI Certification – Preferred Experience 7–12 years of experience in process engineering / operations / CI roles 2–4 years in a lead or managerial role preferred Competencies CORE COMPETENCIES LEADERSHIP/ BEHAVIORAL COMPETENCIES Process analysis and improvement Lean / Kaizen tools Guides, supports, and motivates teams to achieve process goals Support and drives adoption of process improvements and standardization
