This principle fosters an unusually dedicated workforce requiring a culture of respect, recognition, inclusion and collaboration based on the highest ethical values.Position Overview   To ensure customer, GFSI  and McCormick quality standards are met and to provide safe product with good quality.    Key Responsibilities   System implementations (BRC, Halal, FSSAI Schedule 4 and other customer standards) Internal audit management including GMP audits Documentation (SOPs , Work Instructions, Formats etc) Customer Complaint management External audits (Third Party / Customer) Trainings Validation and verification HACCP Managing the operation quality Generating weekly and monthly QA reports RCA and Corrective action and preventive action plan Management Review / Food safety meetings Monitoring and assessment of Food Safety and Quality Management system at Factory   Secondary Responsibilities Management of Operational Quality operationsValidation and verification of processes, CCPs and OPRPsChange management system    Required Qualifications & Experience   B.Tech. In Food / Dairy Technology/ MSc. In Food Science.   Three to five years in system implementation , documentation, customer due diligence, audits (Third party/customer/internal) Validation, IQ, OQ and PQ. McCormick & Company is an equal opportunity/affirmative action employer.
