Responsibilities

Stay abreast of fabric and trim trends and technological developments as they relate to the business needs
Facilitate the approval process of lab dips, strike-offs, and other seasonal color development from design request to bulk approval
Develop, organize, and maintain material sourcing library
Manage internal system for color development tracking purposes, reporting and development analytics
Work directly with design, product development, production, and vendors on fabric development related issues for immediate needs and future development
Assist the team to prepare all material submissions with Design and PD teams
Organize, maintain, track all material, and color development
Send and receive development packages as neede
