POSITION SNAPSHOT Location: Doha - Qatar Company: Nestle Head Office Qatar                      Full-time   POSITION SUMMARY Joining Nestlé means you are joining the largest Food and Beverage company in the world. At our very core, we are a human company driven by our purpose to improve the quality of life and contribute to a healthier future.   The main purpose of this position is to drive sales of both standard and machine solution-based beverages in the workplace while accelerating the consumption of hot and cold beverages by delighting customers and consumers through the consistent availability of Nestlé beverages. Additionally, it is essential to be an integral part of the team responsible for executing the agreed-upon beverage strategy.   A DAY IN THE LIFE … Drive beverage portfolio growth and accelerate market share gain in key priority channels (Facility Management, Offices, Catering,  Hotels, Key Accounts, etc.). Execute annual commercial plans aligned with company growth strategy. Identify new business opportunities and white spaces within the market. Achieve and exceed assigned revenue and volume targets. Manage and develop influential relationships with strategic customers ensuring key account development & retention Negotiate commercial agreements, contracts, and promotions. Develop joint business plans with key accounts to drive mutual growth. Ensure strong picture of success execution and visibility at customer outlets. Develop ROI-based proposals for customers to maximize value. Analyze market trends, competitor activities and customer insights. Support launches of new innovations and solutions. Identify premiumization and upselling opportunities. Track KPIs including volume, revenue, distribution, machine productivity. Ensure compliance with internal SOPs and processes while contributing to the trade asset management cycle by executing the trade assets placement plan flawlessly in the workplace.   What will make you successful… Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in Qatar in Sales preferably in the Out of Home environment. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or any relevant field. Strong experience in Sales and Data Analysis. Marketing experience is a plus. Has successfully delivered on KPIs, especially top line business results. Demonstrated success in managing multi-category and cross functional teams in a high-performance work environment. Excellent Analytical / Microsoft skills, previous exposure to SAP ERP system is a plus. Excellent communication, negotiation and leadership skills, with previous experience in managing key accounts. Valid driving license.
