About the Team The In-Store Sales Development Team is the engine behind our pipeline generation, connecting with hospitality operators to introduce them to the SevenRooms platform and empower them to take control of their guest relationships. We partner closely with our Sales team to ensure a seamless handoff of qualified opportunities and drive top-of-funnel success. About the Role As an Associate Manager for APAC, you’ll lead a team of Sales Development Representatives responsible for outbound prospecting and pipeline creation. You’ll coach and develop the team, implement strategies to improve performance, and collaborate with Sales leadership to drive revenue growth. Create a high-performance, collaborative team culture. Lead Generation. Drive outbound prospecting efforts across phone, email, and social channels to consistently meet pipeline creation and meeting quota targets. Client Outreach. Support the team in identifying and engaging hospitality operators, ensuring thoughtful, personalized follow-ups to build strong early relationships. Performance Tracking. Monitor team performance through KPIs and dashboards. Deliver regular reporting and insights to leadership to inform sales strategy. Cross-Functional Collaboration. Partner closely with Sales Leaders and Account Executives to align efforts and optimize lead-to-opportunity conversion. Workflow Optimization. Use platforms like Outreach.io and Salesforce to streamline workflows, improve data accuracy, and scale outbound prospecting processes.
