Position Summary The Associate Manager, Sales Training Operations is responsible for the operational execution and scalability of all sales training programs. This role owns the infrastructure, logistics, systems, content governance, and coordination required to ensure sales training initiatives are delivered efficiently, consistently, and at scale. Serving as the operational backbone of the sales training function, this role partners closely with Sales Training, Sales Leadership, Marketing, Medical Affairs, and other cross-functional teams to support onboarding, ongoing development, live training events, and field enablement. The Manager, Sales Training Operations reports directly to the Director of Sales Training & Development.   Essential Duties & Responsibilities  LMS & Sales Technology Administration * Serve as primary administrator for the Sales LMS * Maintain LMS course structure, user roles, and learning paths * Support training and adoption of CRM and sales enablement technologies in partnership with Sales Operations and IT  Training Operations & Onboarding Execution * Own the end-to-end operational delivery of sales onboarding and ongoing training programs * Coordinate training schedules, logistics, venues, materials, and attendance tracking for live and virtual programs * Track onboarding milestones, certification requirements, and training completion across cohorts * Manage field sales training programs, including scheduling, participation tracking, and program readiness * Ensure consistent execution of training programs across regions and roles Content Management, Version Control & Governance * Own organization, version control, and lifecycle management of all sales training content * Ensure training materials are current, compliant, and aligned with approved messaging * Manage content updates, archival, and distribution across platforms (LMS, shared drives, enablement tools) * Establish and enforce content standards, naming conventions, and storage practices Training Content & Module Development Support  * Manage enrollments, assignments, completions, certifications, and reporting  * Assist in developing and assembling training content, including presentations, voiceovers, videos, and LMS-based modules * Help transform subject matter expert (SME) input into structured training materials aligned with learning objectives * Create or edit template-based PowerPoints, checklists, facilitator guides, and learner resources * Support video and audio development, including recording coordination, basic editing, and uploading to the LMS or video platforms * Build training modules within the LMS using native tools (quizzes, knowledge checks, interactive elements, pages, and learning paths) * Ensure all developed content is consistent with brand guidelines, messaging standards, and instructional design best practices * Partner with Sales Trainers and SMEs to refine content for clarity, impact, and learner engagement Live Training & Event Support * Coordinate logistics and materials for assigned live training events, workshops, and wet labs * Support on-site execution of training programs as required, including room setup, materials distribution, and troubleshooting * Assist trainers with workshop facilitation and hands-on training activities as needed * Serve as point of contact for operational issues during live events Training Inventory & Asset Management * Track, manage, and forecast inventory for sales training–related materials, including: * Sales gifts and promotional training items * Training supplies, workshop materials, and wet lab assets * Coordinate ordering, storage, shipment, and replenishment of training inventory * Partner with internal teams and vendors to ensure materials are available, accurate, and on time Cross-Functional & Guest Speaker Coordination * Coordinate guest speakers and cross-functional contributors for training events and modules * Manage speaker logistics, scheduling, preparation, and communication * Ensure speakers are aligned on objectives, timing, and learner expectations * Support integration of cross-functional content into training curricula Training Calendar, Dashboard & Reporting * Create, own, and maintain the sales training calendar across onboarding, field training, and ongoing development * Build and manage a centralized sales training dashboard tracking: * Program schedules * Participation and completion * Field sales trainer activity & leaderboard * Provide regular reporting and insights to Sales Training leadership and stakeholders Performance Reporting & Insights * Run and distribute training, onboarding, and participation reports * Track adoption, engagement, and completion metrics across programs * Identify operational gaps, risks, and opportunities for improvement Process Optimization & Communications * Document, standardize, and continuously improve training operational workflows * Assist with distribution of communications to sales teams, trainers, and leadership * Partner with Sales Training leadership to improve scalability, consistency, and learner experience * Proactively identify inefficiencies and recommend process improvements     Position Expertise/Qualifications: * Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent Business, Life Sciences, Marketing or related field Required * 2 Years Required Medical Device & Technology Sales or Marketing  *  1 Year Preferred Sales or Sales Training Operations     Skills & Abilities * Strong operational execution skills with the ability to manage complex training logistics and timelines * Excellent oral and written communication skills * Strong organization and prioritization skills with the ability to manage multiple programs and projects simultaneously * Demonstrated ability to manage and administer a Learning Management System (LMS), including reporting and content organization or demonstrated ability to develop competency * Demonstrated ability to manage training content, version control, and learning materials governance * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to track metrics and translate data into actionable insights * Demonstrated ability to coordinate cross-functional partners and guest speakers * Demonstrated ability to influence without authority and drive accountability across stakeholders * High attention to detail with the ability to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance in training delivery * Demonstrated ability to maintain complete confidentiality and discretion supporting revenue and organizational goals * Computer Proficiency: LMS platforms (preferred), CRM systems, Smartsheet, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and collaboration tools including
