Job Summary: This position provides the Global focal point for all SCJ Intercompany import and export improvements, system setups, and key projects following SMART planning and global routines / regional supports. This position will help to establish Global Affiliate Trade policies, procedures, reporting, rituals, and routines. This position will also partner cross functionally to drive demand and supply planning activities in conjunction with logistics and execution. The position is more of COE for Inter-company who’s expert in leading cross-functional / cross-regional projects and implement the function strategy with regional Intercompany SC leads. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Global focal point/coordinator and communicator of Intercompany Supply Chain improvements. Establish Global Affiliate Trade policies, procedures, routines and rituals with Intercompany leads. Establish and improve process for Intercompany Demand & Supply Planning activities in the regions with leads. Execute and own optimization plans to deliver KPIs with other intercompany leads in the cross-regions; Network Planning – Lead proactive actions to identify and resolve Supply Chain issues before they impact production. Resolve supply constraints for global suppliers that impact multiple Regions. Single Point of Contact – Between Regions and Suppliers for demand or constraint issues for intercompany parts. Forecast Accuracy – determine baseline and execute; design roadmap to continuous improvement Own cross-regional capacity reviews following the S&OP cycle. Lead Global S&OP process with coordination of Intercompany SC Leads. Lead improvement projects. Monitor the target for NPDs execution and improvements in the regions. With E2E execution excellence. Compliance to Global Affiliate Trade Policy. Required Skills / Experience / Competencies: Fluency in English Strong communication skills, with a proven ability to understand key concepts and communicate with business stakeholders Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills Experience in optimizing end-to-end Supply Chains Experience in Demand/Supply Planning Ability to drive action and influence decision making at all levels of the organization Strong understanding of Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) Ability to perform under pressure and manage multiple priorities with competing demands Ability to work within high-performing teams in highly collaborative environments Excellent MS office skills (Mainly Excel, Power Point, and OneNote) Ownership mentality University Degree Minimum of 3 to 5 years of Supply Chain experience Preferred Skills / Experience / Competencies: APICS CSCP or CPIM certified. Experience in Logistics Greenbelt or above in Lean SixSigma Certification Kinaxis experience.
