Responsibilities
  • Oversee Supply Planning: Manage and optimize the inbound flow of materials to meet production and engineering requirements.
  • Lead a Team: Inspire, mentor, and develop a team of 6 supply planning professionals to achieve exceptional results.
  • Drive Efficiency: Streamline supply chain processes and collaborate cross-functionally to meet service goals.
  • Strategize: Contribute to long-term planning and implement initiatives that improve operations.
  • Planning Parameters: Manage planning parameters, including ABC classification, safety stock levels, lead time, and product launch/obsolescence.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and other Operations groups to ensure seamless coordination.
  • Operational Responsibilities: Maintain documented procedures, drive lean initiatives, and ensure compliance with company, legal, and ethical standards.
