Job Description Associate Managers in this role get to: Set the path to success: Support recruiting and hiring efforts to ensure a positive and smooth experience for candidates and/or new hires Strengthen relationships: Establish and maintain communication with team members; understand needs, resolve issues, and meet expectations Drive Sutherland forward: Make recommendations to enhance processes and boost ease and efficiency; Drive and coordinate internal strategic initiatives Keep Sutherland grounded: Support, create, and oversee proper documentation of processes and/or employees and ensure adherence to policies and guidelines Take the lead: Provide strategic input on best sourcing channels and serve as a primary source of staffing and recruitment strategy advice, consultation, and education Manage external relationships with vendors Qualifications Our most successful candidates will have: Strong verbal and written communication skills; be able to communicate in a clear, constructive, and professional manner Reliability in following through with commitments and responsibilities Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment Ability to efficiently manage time and keep track of multiple schedules, meetings, and initiatives Proficiency in English - written and verbal on a min B2 level Proficiency in any other European language will be a plus Proficiency to work in MS Office Minimum of 2 years' experience in the high-volume recruiting Experience in a Supervisory role will be considered as an advantage Must be able to work onsite at our Sofia, Bulgaria location, with an option for hybrid working model Additional Information Additional health and life insurance coverage Particularly covered Sports cards 21 days of paid annual leave Food vouchers and paid breaks Competitive salary and clear career progression World-class on-the-job training Performance Based Monthly + Quarterly Bonus Hybrid model of work All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
