Key Accountabilities: Operational Excellence Play an active to achieve operational efficiencies with regards to AR/AP process automation, optimizing banking infrastructure, payment efficiencies by leveraging the treasury management system Assist in overseeing all bank account and cash-in-transit reconciliations globally, ensuring reconciling items are cleared within SLA. Ensure timely and accurate confirmation, settlement, and reconciliation of financial transactions Ensure completeness, accuracy, and proper recording of all bank transactions within Oracle and Kyriba systems. Support and lead internal and external audit processes, including preparation of audit files and liaison with auditors. Automation, Innovation & Process Improvement Drive initiatives to streamline and automate reconciliation, reporting, and cash management processes. Partner with Treasury and IT to evaluate and implement automation tools, and analytics to improve speed and accuracy. Identify inefficiencies or risks in existing processes and implement sustainable solutions. Champion a “continuous improvement” mindset—encouraging innovation and use of technology within the team. Treasury & Compliance Actively perform Treasury operations tasks to optimize global liquidity management, payment processing, and bank account structure & KYC. Ensure adherence to internal controls, SOX compliance, and corporate Treasury policies. Support cash forecasting, banking documentation, and policy updates as needed Leadership & Team Management Closely work with a team of 5+ specialists ensuring strong engagement, innovation, change management, clear goals, and professional growth. Foster a proactive and accountable team culture aligned with Parexel’s values of integrity, ownership, and collaboration. Assess the current processes for reviewing and approving reconciliations, journal entries, and key deliverables. Lead the innovation project while ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance. Serve as an escalation point for complex issues, supporting resolution with cross-functional partners. Cross-Cultural & Global Collaboration Maintain strong communication and alignment with the U.S.-based Director and international stakeholders. Adapt leadership and communication style to foster trust and transparency across geographies and time zones. Build productive relationships with global accounting, Treasury, and audit teams to support company-wide objectives Required Skills & Competencies: Deep understanding of accounting principles, reconciliations, and Treasury operations. Advanced proficiency in Oracle Financials, Kyriba, and other Treasury or automation tools Demonstrated success implementing automation, standardization, and process improvement / efficiency projects. undefined Able to organize and prioritize own workload, meet strict deadlines and work both independently and as part of a team. Organized, deadline-driven, and detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple priorities. Analytical thinker with a “can-do” attitude and ability to partner with IT and process teams on technology initiatives. Knowledge and Experience: Minimum 5 years of accounting or Treasury experience with at least 2 years in a Sr Analyst or equivalent role. Prior experience in multinational or shared service environments strongly preferred. Exposure to automation tools, ERP integrations, or RPA implementation is highly desirable Education: Graduate degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
