The Channel Lead – Events & Executive Client Engagement owns the end-to-end content and experience strategy for priority conferences, executive forums, and client engagement moments. This offshore role partners closely with US-based sales, events, and marketing leadership to translate enterprise value story into high-impact, compliant, and measurable executive experiences that influence pipeline, retention, and long-term client relationships. Primary Responsibilities: Own the event and executive engagement content strategy across priority conferences, client summits, advisory boards, and virtual events Lead development of all event-related content assets including brochures, leave-behinds, digital assets, signage, videos, demos narratives, and executive presentations Own executive client engagement content such as CXO narratives, briefing books, tailored case studies, and value stories aligned to the product portfolio Translate business objectives into end-to-end experience blueprints spanning pre-event nurture, in-event programming, and post-event follow-up journeys in partnership with demand generation and sales teams Direct creative briefing and development with internal studio and agency partners, setting standards for brand, storytelling hierarchy, accessibility, and compliance Establish governance and operating rhythms including content calendars, run-of-show documentation, version control, and quality assurance reviews Integrate AI-assisted workflows for outlines, scripts, abstract submissions, and recap summaries, ensuring human review for quality and regulatory adherence Partner cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Marketing Operations, Compliance/Legal, and Events teams to align content, targeting, measurement, and execution Design and manage test-and-learn programs to improve event experiences, codifying insights into reusable playbooks Own performance reporting across attendance quality, engagement, content utilization, meeting outcomes, and pipeline influence, and recommend optimizations Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). The Company may adopt, vary or rescind these policies and directives in its absolute discretion and without any limitation (implied or otherwise) on its ability to do so Collaboration & Operating Model This role is based offshore and operates through a structured onshore–offshore model. The Channel Lead owns experience design, content strategy, governance, and measurement, while US-based teams own on-ground execution, live client engagement, and event logistics. The role works primarily asynchronously, with structured overlap for strategic reviews and decision-making. Required Qualifications: 13+ years of experience with 8+ years of experience in event marketing, executive engagement programs, or enterprise content leadership Experience working within healthcare or other highly regulated industries preferred Deep familiarity with brand standards, accessibility requirements, and compliance processes including legal and regulatory review Demonstrated success designing executive-level content and complex event experiences that drive measurable business outcomes Demonstrated exceptional storytelling, stakeholder influence, and cross-functional project leadership skills At UnitedHealth Group, our mission is to help people live healthier lives and make the health system work better for everyone.
