JOB MISSION:

New Balance is seeking an Associate Marketing Manager, Running, to help shape the future of our brand across EMEA.
In this role, you’ll lead bold and authentic campaigns that strengthen our presence in the running community—collaborating with teams to drive strategy, ignite engagement, and champion inclusivity every step of the way.

  • Experience working across diverse European markets.
  • Background in brand marketing, ideally in a similar role.
  • Digitally fluent, with experience in social media and content production.
  • Skilled in activating large-scale events and brand experiences.
