Your role at Clorox:
The Associate Marketing Manager - Brita, is primarily responsible for supporting the execution of an integrated marketing communications plan that contributes to brand volume and profit. The incumbent will work cross-functionally, influencing and supporting multiple stakeholders in the delivery of highly effective marketing programs based on deep consumer understanding in order to deliver the brand’s annual business plans.
In this role, you will:
- Assist in the development and implementation of marketing plans and strategies.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to create and execute marketing campaigns.
- Analyze consumer insights to inform marketing decisions.
- Lead analysis of market data through Nielsen IQ.
- Monitor and report on the performance of marketing initiatives, providing recommendations for optimization.
- Manage budgets and timelines to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Support the development of promotional materials, including digital content, in-store displays, and social media posts.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.

What we look for:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field or equivalent working experience.
- 2-4 years experience in marketing, preferably in the CPG industry.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive decision-making.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
