TEALEAVES is seeking an exceptional Marketing Associate to join our dynamic team in Vancouver. As a Marketing Associate, you will play a crucial role in shaping and executing our strategic marketing initiatives, driving brand awareness and growth in the luxury tea market while prioritizing environmental and social responsibility.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Support the development and implementation of impactful brand campaigns across all TEALEAVES digital channels, including social media, website, and email.
- Coordinate marketing briefs and collaborate with internal and external partners to execute strategic marketing initiatives (including iconic brands, designers, and nonprofits such as UN Biodiversity, UN Development Program, and UN Women)
- Review and report on the effectiveness and performance of marketing initiatives and campaigns.
- Assist in day-to-day email and social media marketing initiatives, including research, copywriting, scheduling, A/B testing, and data analysis.
- Collaborate with the Business Development team to plan and execute PR and media events.
- Work with the Creative Department to enhance landing page experiences and optimize CX Design (customer journeys).
- Develop, negotiate, and manage influencer proposals and relationships with brands.
- Create and update promotional content, including homepage updates, campaign landing pages, collections, and PDPs.

Compensation and Benefits:
Compensation range for candidates with no prior full-time experience to those with 2 - 3 years of work experience: $64,000 to $78,000.
