POSITION PURPOSE

The Associate Mechanical Design Engineer is new to industry – or has limited experience, and they are involved in the design phases of projects. They will be given supervised work packages on elements or kits and will be aware of progress and liaise with the senior engineer. The Associate Mechanical Design Engineer must have an interest and understanding of the cutting edge of technology in relevant subject areas. An effective Associate Mechanical Design Engineer will work on developing their communication skills and maintain a positive approach to all challenges.
