Pre-construction Working with the client and general contractor to create and establish the Master Project Schedule and Master Project Budget Supporting Contractor pre-qualification, bid solicitation, bid analysis and recommendations Supporting contract negotiations Assisting the client and the Client's team in identifying, scoping, buying-out and scheduling of all Owner-direct vendors and consultants Working with the Client's commercial and PCG team to develop Budget Management and Tracking Establishing close out documentation requirements with the Client's document controller. Assisting with City and/or other Authority final inspections and occupancy process. Assisting the Client in scheduling, coordination and management of all Owner-direct vendors, consultants. An in-depth understanding of large-scale technical projects and construction techniques. Ability to manage technical disciplines. Experience working on Data Centre new build and refurbishment projects, preferably on hyperscale builds, would be advantageous Ability to commit to significant international travel
Responsibilities
