As part of our Planning team — the Architects — you help design the strategic blueprints that guide every impression, connect every audience insight, and bring intention to every decision. WHAT YOU’LL DO This role is the entry point to our planning and account services teams. As an Associate Media Planner, You support the day-to-day planning workflow with accuracy while learning how to plan media campaigns across linear and digital video, with exposure to other channels. You’ll learn how we turn data into clarity, signals into insights, and planning into impact. Grounded in curiosity and collaboration, you support the rhythm of accounts with consistency, care, and the craft needed to make every media dollar work smarter. Media Monitoring & Stewardship Execute the tactical and support work required to build and maintain media plans. Learn individual client KPIs and campaign goals, and how to optimize media to hit the goals. Support the development of network and station recommendations based on performance history, audience fit, and pricing. Assistant in building weekly client reports, QBR decks, and other reporting. Ensure rates, inventory, and delivery terms are documented accurately. Performance Tracking & Optimization Monitor daily and weekly campaign performance including spend pacing, delivery, and response trends. Track and report KPIs such as cost per order (CPO), cost per lead (CPL), cost per call (CPC), CPA, and ROAS. Assist with weekly reporting and post-buy analysis, including performance insights and next-step recommendations Learn how to optimize by identifying shifts in dayparts and networks. Internal Coordination Coordinate with TV vendors, reps, and station teams to confirm schedules, spot times, and delivery. Support the trafficking process by ensuring all creative, tags, and instructions are delivered correctly and on time. Maintain accurate campaign documentation and ensure all internal systems are updated consistently. Verify, cross-check, and append data (including Nielsen metrics) to support accurate reporting. Maintain fluency in agency systems, ensuring data is accurate, accessible, and actionable. Set up client and product information — including telemarketing and web scripts — with intention and attention to detail. Reporting & Insight Sharing Pull and prepare daily/weekly media reports, learning how to turn complex data sets into clear summaries. Surface early signals, unexpected findings, and questions worth exploring — fueling curiosity and smarter decision-making. Meet all deadlines with consistency, preparedness, and follow-through that demonstrates All In ownership. Work with complex audience data and third party services like LiveRamp, MRI Simmons, MediaRadar. Nielsen data. Internship, coursework, or exposure to advertising/media is helpful but not required. Strong mathematical and analytical skills; comfort with numbers, patterns, and problem-solving. High proficiency in Excel and appetite to learn new tools and systems. Curiosity and the drive to grow your craft with intention. Compensation packages are based on the skill level and experience each candidate brings to their role. RIGHT TO WORK IN THE US You must be authorized to work in the US for any employer.
