Job Purpose: To provide up-to-date, accurate, and relevant medical information related to Hikma products to respond to internal and external enquiries.   Key Accountabilities: Policies, Processes & Procedures Follows all relevant Department policies, processes, standard operating procedures, and instructions so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner. Day-to-day operations Follows the day-to-day operations related to own job to ensure continuity of work. Job Specific Accountabilities Searches for medical literature & Hikma data & documents to generate clinically relevant & evidence  based medical information.   Creates & updates knowledge base documents to ensure medical information enquiries about Hikma products are addressed efficiently. Assists in the receipt, documentation, & transfer to relevant Departments of suspected adverse events & product quality complaints to ensure processing within the required timelines. Aids in the review of promotion & non-promotion materials to ensure that medical information is accurate & balanced. Continuous Improvement Contributes to the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement of systems, processes and practices considering industry practices, improvements of business processes, cost reduction and productivity improvement. Reporting Assists in the preparation of timely and accurate reports to meet company and Department requirements, policies, and standards. Safety, Quality & Environment Complies with all relevant safety, quality and environmental management policies, procedures, and controls to ensure a healthy and safe work environment. Related Assignments Performs other related duties or assignments as directed.     Qualifications, Experience & Skills: Minimum Qualifications: MD or PharmD or bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or Life Sciences or any other relevant field. Minimum Experience: 0-3 years’ of experience in MA or any other relevant field.
