Description
As an Associate in Case Management, you will provide frontline support to customers requiring medical assistance. You will handle case coordination, admission arrangements, and follow-up, ensuring customers experience care and reassurance throughout their medical journey. Respond promptly to customer and agent enquiries during working hours. Station at assigned hospital counters to support walk in enquiries. Support the processing of cashless admissions, liaising with hospitals and clinics. Facilitate communication between customers, agents, and healthcare providers. Document all cases handled and ensure proper handover of eligible cases to the next shift. Provide empathetic reassurance and guidance to customers and their families. Assist in implementing service protocols and identify opportunities to improve operations. Possess at least 1–2 years of relevant experience in healthcare, insurance, or customer service. Demonstrate strong communication skills and an empathetic service mindset. Are quick learners with strong problem-solving skills. Have the ability to multitask and manage time effectively in urgent situations. Are willing and able to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays on rotation, if required
