POSITION OVERVIEW • Outpatient leadership role combining administrative oversight with direct patient care within a mission-driven community health center • Structured schedule with 3 administrative leadership days and 2 clinical care days weekly • Opportunity to supervise and mentor physicians, advanced practice providers, and clinical staff • Leadership role focused on quality improvement, compliance initiatives, recruitment, and operational strategy • Community-focused healthcare organization serving patients of all ages COMPENSATION • Base salary: $195,624-$293,295 annually • Sign-on bonus up to $10,000 • Student loan repayment eligibility up to $110,000 • Relocation assistance available SCHEDULE • Monday-Friday outpatient schedule • 3 days administrative leadership • 2 days clinical care • No nights • No weekends • No holidays ROLE • Maintain outpatient patient panel for all ages • Supervise and mentor physicians, mid-levels, and clinical staff • Lead quality improvement and compliance initiatives • Support operational effectiveness and strategic planning • Participate in provider recruitment, onboarding, and evaluations • Ensure adherence to clinical protocols and patient safety standards ENVIRONMENT • Mission-driven FQHC environment • Outpatient-only practice model • EPIC EMR preferred environment • Full support staff provided • Collaborative leadership structure • Community-focused patient population BENEFITS • Health insurance with employer contributing more than 70% • Dental and vision insurance • 401(k) with 5% employer match • 24 PTO days total • 11 paid holidays • Malpractice coverage provided • License renewal reimbursement • 40 CME hours plus $1,500 allowance • Employee Assistance Program (EAP) ABOUT HEARTLINE STAFFING Heartline Staffing partners with healthcare organizations nationwide to connect physician leaders with opportunities focused on clinical excellence, leadership growth, and meaningful community impact.
