We are seeking a detail-oriented Associate Meeting Planner to join our team. This role requires someone local to Scottsdale, AZ, or willing to relocate. The ideal candidate has some experience in luxury meetings and events, VIP client service, and event program management.

• Develop and oversee event budgets while maintaining cost efficiencies and exceptional quality.
• Design and execute detailed event itineraries with a focus on seamless guest experiences.
• Coordinate event logistics, from site inspections to final execution, ensuring a flawless, stress-free experience for clients.
• Assist with on-site event management, ensuring VIP treatment and impeccable service delivery.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align client goals with logistics, branding, and hospitality needs.
• Identify and mitigate potential risks, problem-solving in real time.
• Maintain records and documentation for all events.
