Description Associate Mental Health Therapist (LMHCA or LMFTA) Compensation: $52-$57.20 per hour; paid bi-weekly Employment Type: W-2 Full-Time or W-2 Part-Time Employee; Non-Exempt Location: This is an in-person position based out of Issaquah, WA Role Summary An Associate Mental Health Therapist with Dayspring Behavioral Health provides high-quality outpatient therapy to individuals, couples, and/or families under the supervision of a licensed clinician. Success in this role means maintaining a consistent caseload, delivering evidence-based care, and completing documentation accurately and on time while collaborating with a supportive clinical team. We are a mental health group practice that focuses on hosting a professional, supportive, and rewarding workplace for Mental Health Therapists.
