Position Overview:
The National Sales Specialist will focus on community leasing performance and provide training and support while identifying strategic opportunities to improve leasing performance, increase leasing velocity, and maximize traffic and leads for optimal conversation ratios. This position requires a dynamic and engaging individual who actively participates in onsite strategic marketing, outreach, and social media initiatives. The National Sales Specialist also focuses on cultivating strategic partnerships with local businesses, academic institutions, and community stakeholders to drive leasing opportunities. Additionally, the role involves identifying and implementing improvements in leasing strategies and providing support to local teams by assisting in day-to-day operations while traveling on-site.

Pay Range: USD $80,000.00 - USD $100,000.00 /Yr. Additional Compensation: Employees may be eligible for discretionary bonuses, typically 5-10% of base salary annually, depending on individual and organizational performance. Compensation Disclosure:
