We are seeking a French-speaking Associate NLP Specialist to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the development of French A.I models.
This role will be managing the development and delivery of end-to-end solutions that solve some of customers more challenging problems that make an impact in the world. The ideal candidate should have a technical background and experience in ML/AI technology and experience in end-to-end project management.
Key Responsibilities
Development of French NLP A.I models utilising a no-code environment.
Perform quality assurance controls on newly developed product capabilities and features.
Work with NLP Team Lead to develop a model roadmap.
Working with sales, solutions consultants and customers to gather feedback and incorporate into the SDLC.
Provide team’s workflow tasks including product feature backlog management, iteration planning, and elaboration of the user stories always ensuring the highest return on investment.
Participate in agile ceremonies including daily scrums, sprint planning, reviews and retrospectives.
Work closely with senior leadership and other key stakeholders.
Participate in user-experience research to identify obstacles, improve ease-of-use and customer satisfaction and drive user centric design.
Ability to identify and mitigate risk, as well as working through ambiguity to find a clear path.
Analyse competition and market research to identify opportunities for product enhancements.
Work with the Product Manager to help define and drive the creation of end-to-end solution use cases.
Ensure the software meats Nuix’s rigorous testing and quality standards by identify and reporting bugs and UX issues.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Fluent in French and English, bonus French Canadian
Ability to use Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
Familiarity with using search engines (Google, Bing, etc) and utilizing advanced search filters.
Passion for creating customer value through innovative technology solutions.
Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively in a matrixed environment and across multiple time-zones with excellent organizational, prioritization and time management ability with a deadline focus.
Demonstrated ability to operate in a fast-paced environment; desire to roll up your sleeves and balance strategic and tactical responsibilities.
Highly developed written and verbal communication skills with demonstrated problem solving ability and attention to detail to deliver high quality output.
High level of honesty and integrity with a strong work ethic and proactive thought leadership and ability to work independently with limited direction.
Analytical, strategic with a strong business acumen and the ability to forge and maintain relationships both internally and externally.
