How you will make an impact: Lead the day-to-day operations of a busy preoperative admissions department, ensuring the delivery of safe, high-quality care and an exceptional patient experience. Drive continuous improvement, innovation, and best-practice initiatives within a well-established and highly regarded service. Inspire, mentor, and develop a high-performing team that embraces collaboration, accountability, and a positive "can-do" culture. Partner with surgeons, anaesthetists, perioperative teams, and hospital leaders to optimise patient flow and support excellent surgical outcomes. What we're looking for: Current AHPRA registration (Registered Nurse) Victorian Working with Children Check Demonstrated leadership experience in perioperative services, surgical admissions, pre-admission, or an acute care settings.
