Comprehensive mental health, community health and dental services are delivered through various programs across the Barwon South West Region, including Torquay and Colac.     About the role As an Associate Unit Nurse Manager (ANUM), you will provide clinical leadership and management, assisting the Nurse Unit Manager to ensure the operational needs of the ward/unit are met. You'll be responsible for clinical and professional role modelling; guiding staff toward the best possible care standards whilst fostering continuous improvement within the ward/unit.
