You will oversee care delivery, monitor patient outcomes, and contribute to the effective operation of the service. In this role, you will assist the Nurse/Midwife Unit Manager with clinical, education and management activities, including coordinating services, supporting staff development, and contributing to rostering and resource planning. You will provide leadership within the team, support a positive learning culture, and contribute to quality improvement and research activities to enhance patient care outcomes.   About You: * You must be registered or eligible for registration as a Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia and hold, or be eligible to hold, a current practicing certificate. * You must be registered Nurse/Midwife with at least 3 years post registration experience or currently classified as a Clinical Nurse/Midwife. * You must have demonstrated competence in the relevant area of nursing practice in accordance with the appropriate standards of practice. * You must have experience in the supervision of student nurses, enrolled nurses and less experienced registered nurses.
