As 1 of 3 ANUM’s of our 12 chair Satelite Dialysis Unit you will assist in the leadership; planning and delivery of a high quality service within the Satellite Dialysis service of Barwon Health. This will require close collaboration with the Acute Dialysis Unit, Offsite medical staff and the Multidisciplinary team.

In this role you will be required to:

• Coordinate the best possible patient centred care inclusive of families and caregivers.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development in a supported work environment to ensure evidence based practise.
• Manage day to day operations of the shift ensuring operational requirements of the unit are met.
• Contribute and assist NUM in the quality/audit activities of the area.
• Promote a standard of consumer centred care which meets professional organisational, legal and ethical requirements
• Effective daily allocation of staff in consultation with manager and other Barwon Health dialysis units.
