Associate, Office of Education & Innovation (1-year Contract) Job Purpose:  The Office of Education and Innovation (Graduate Studies) (OEDi-GS) is seeking an associate to support efficiency improvement initiatives. This role aims to focus on LEAP-driven tasks. The associate will be responsible for creating and implementing a platform to organize and clean support data, streamline and automate procedures, and support the LEAP transformation towards the 2030 effort. Key Responsibilities Automate and streamline processes to prepare for scaling up and facilitate the administration of new PG students through the B2B pipeline. Implement new processes and process changes in the first year and refine and debug identified bottlenecks in the second year. Use Power BI to create dashboards and files that will allow automation, helping to track students on various tasks such as QE, thesis submission, research attachments, industry projects/attachments, TA duties, and traveling. Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Process Management, Information Systems, Computer Science or related field. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Automation and Streamlining: The associate will need to automate and streamline processes, establish the necessary framework to prepare for scaling up, and facilitate the administration of new PG students through the B2B pipeline. Power BI: Proficiency in using Power BI, which has embedded AI, to create dashboards and files that will allow automation. This will help track students on various tasks such as QE, thesis submission, research attachments, industry projects/attachments, TA duties, and traveling. Data Management: Skills in organizing and cleaning support data to streamline and automate procedures. Advanced Tools: Experience with advanced tools like AI for creating and implementing platforms to improve efficiency.  Key Attributes Experience in project management and process improvement. Proficient in leveraging advanced tools such as AI and Power BI for automation and data visualization. Possesses strong organizational and data management skills. Effective communicator, skilled in engaging and collaborating with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Strong interest in advancing educational and career development initiatives, with a passion for using technology to enhance the student experience.
Responsibilities
The associate will automate and streamline processes to facilitate the administration of new PG students and implement new processes while refining identified bottlenecks. They will also use Power BI to create dashboards for tracking various student tasks.
