About the Role The Market Expansion team at ACES leads the national rollout of new sites—both through de novo launches and acquisitions. Our scope spans market evaluation, diligence, launch execution, and post-acquisition integration. We ensure every new location is operationally sound, clinically ready, and aligned with ACES’ standards of care and growth objectives. As the Associate, you will serve as the operational and analytical engine of this function. You will evaluate new markets, manage integration workstreams, and track site-level performance. You’ll work closely with partners across Clinical Ops, Talent, Finance, and Growth to ensure each site scales efficiently and sustainably. Key Responsibilities: Assist in due diligence, operational integration, and synergy tracking of acquired practices Build and manage project plans for de novo site launches and practice integrations Create financial and operational models to support site planning and ramp assumptions Develop dashboards and tools to track KPIs post-launch: referrals, enrollments, staffing, utilization Standardize and improve launch and integration playbooks across markets Identify operational bottlenecks and drive resolution to accelerate ramp-up Partner with Clinical and Talent teams to align staffing with expected client volume Coordinate with Finance to align investments with return thresholds and payback timelines Support new market evaluation through demographic, payer, and competitive analysis Deliver structured updates on site performance and integration progress to leadership How We Show Up at ACES At ACES, how we work matters just as much as what we do.
