REQUIREMENTS

  • Strong skills in file management, calendar management, budgeting, team management, training development, QuickBooks, event planning, front desk operations, medical office management (if applicable), and human resources.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with staff at all levels.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
