Responsibilities Job Purpose and Responsibilities Position Purpose: To provide support to the local Securities Operations team by carrying out the day-to-day processing of operational tasks and duties in the US timezone. This is a multi-entity role as the team acts as an operational hub for StoneX Financial Ltd (SFL), StoneX Financial Nigeria (SFN) and StoneX Financial Europe (SFE) securities businesses, Octo and StoneX Financial (DIFC) Limited (SFD). Roles include ensuring the smooth and efficient processing of trades, with a focus on fixed income and equity trade settlements. The successful candidate will be involved in handling portions of the trade lifecycle, post trade from pre-matching to resolving settlement fails. This role requires regular interaction with clients, SFL SME Team, and other internal and external teams. There will be the additional opportunity to provide support with trade reconciliations, cash management, and collateral oversight as well as contributing to various operational projects and handling ad hoc tasks as needed. The successful candidate will report into the local Securities Operations Senior Analyst(s). Primary duties will include Ensuring accurate and orderly settlement of all trades for the DVP, Repo and Stock Loan Trade types within the Securities EMEA business, dealing with ad hoc client queries including report generation, invoice/fee management and general portfolio queries, monitoring cash positions and facilitating cash payments, completion the daily checklists and controls within the team. Monitoring and following up on trade fails, liaising with internal and external stakeholders to resolve any issues promptly. Exceptions Managing trade reconciliations, helping to resolve breaks where applicable. Assist the team senior analysts to perform checks and controls. Assist to write procedures with the oversight from the Senior Analysts. Qualifications Qualifications: To land this role you will need: A minimum of 1+ years’ experience within a securities Operations team setup. Proven experience and an understanding of the trade lifecycle and settlement process for fixed income and/or equity trades. Be able to work in a US time zone shift. Strong communication skills (written and oral).
