Job Requirements About the Role The Associate Operations Specialist – Retail Liability Operations is responsible for processing customer requests and transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal standards. This role involves document scrutiny, data entry, and transaction processing related to account opening and service requests. The incumbent will play a key role in maintaining operational efficiency and supporting seamless customer service delivery. Key Responsibilities Primary Responsibilities Perform document scrutiny for account opening and service request processing. Execute accurate data entry for account opening and service requests. Process transactions in accordance with defined procedures and turnaround times (TAT). Ensure compliance with internal policies and maintain high levels of accuracy in all operational activities. Secondary Responsibilities Coordinate with other teams within Retail Liability Operations to resolve queries and ensure smooth workflow. What We Are Looking For Education Graduation: Graduate in any discipline from a recognized institution. Experience Minimum 1 years of relevant experience in retail liability operations or similar functions. Skills and Attributes Basic understanding of banking operations and customer service processes. Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams. Familiarity with data entry and document verification procedures.
