Run and analyze reports such as monthly drill reports to create a master drill schedule Research and interpret standard information and identify inconsistencies in data or results Assist in training team members on drill processes as well as provide testing assistance for production validation Prepare basic presentations for management and audit Support trouble ticket resolution Work closely with Safebox Vault Operations team to keep process in compliance with state reporting deadlines.
