Work in shift pattern 24 x 7 with rotational shifts with extended hours, rotational weekly offs and includes night shifts.To be able to analyze and interpret chargeback disputes received from acquirer banks. Investigate the disputed transaction and provide defense for the disputed amount. Detailed oriented accurate processing of Chargeback disputes with evidence to accept or reject disputes. Proactive approach to all work deliverables. Qualifications Graduate

The associate is responsible for analyzing and interpreting chargeback disputes from acquirer banks. They must investigate transactions and provide accurate evidence to accept or reject these disputes while meeting team productivity targets.
