Job Description Provide quality telephone customer service to patients and parents Answer both inbound and outbound calls to confirm and/or create dental appointments Deliver quality and superior customer care to every parent or patient on the phone Gather information accurately Coordinate with other areas of Benevis as needed Refer issues for further investigation to relevant department Possess good telephone etiquette, customer service and in particular focus on salesmanship skills High focus on customer service and satisfaction Qualifications Education/Experience: Graduation from a senior high school or GED equivalent Prior experience in a call center or in the dental field is advantageous but not required Technical Skills: Computer skills: Microsoft Office and Edge Skills and Attributes: Bi-lingual Spanish-English B2 or more Compassion and high-level of service for our patients Possess good telephone etiquette, customer service and in particular focus on salesmanship skills Detailed oriented Keen aptitude and adaptability to change Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication and organizational skills
