Job Description • Process payroll requests, such as leave requests, time adjustments, permissions, etc., received through the ticketing tool, and update the Payroll system (Kronos) accordingly.• Collaborate with relevant community team members to clarify any discrepancies or issues related to payroll requests.• Handle queries effectively via email, the ticketing tool (ServiceNow), and phone.• Ensure all SOPs/DPMs are regularly updated, reviewed, and signed off by the client annually or whenever significant changes occur.• Promote a culture of sustainability awareness and accountability across the organization. Qualifications • Bachelor degree with 1 to 3 years’ relevant experience.• Good communication skills (written and oral) with the ability to work with all levels of stake holders.• Knowledge and ability to operate payroll software applications. Kronos experience would be an added advantage.• Able to identify issues/problems and escalate matters as necessary.• Ability to pay close attention to detail and accuracy.
Responsibilities
