ABOUT THE TEAM

The role is part of a specialist Value-Add team that focuses on structured real estate equity investments across Europe. The team covers a diverse range of asset classes, including residential, student housing, logistics, retail, hospitality, and niche sectors. Currently, the team is raising a new flagship pan-European value fund and will be deploying new capital across 2025.
This role offers a dynamic and strategic position supporting the Director of Strategic Asset Management and contributing to the growth of the value-add business through collaborative and innovative initiatives.

Qualifications and Experience Required

  • 5–8 years of experience in real estate asset management, portfolio management, or similar roles.
  • Strong knowledge of European real estate markets and diverse asset classes.
  • Proficiency in Excel (cash flow/DCF modelling) and PowerPoint.
  • Familiarity with complex capital structures.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Fluency in English; additional European languages are an advantage

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field

THE ROLE

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Strategic Asset Management:

  • Collaborate closely with the Director of Strategic Asset Management and the broader Value-Add Equity and Debt teams.
  • Oversee asset management of properties through internal teams or third-party operators and developers.
  • Drive portfolio-wide initiatives to achieve decarbonization and sustainability goals.
  • Prepare and review asset-level reports, quarterly asset reviews, and performance monitoring.
  • Lead cash flow model updates and third-party valuation processes.
  • Contribute to business plans for potential acquisitions, financing/refinancing, and asset disposals.
  • Prepare investor presentations, IC papers, and board recommendations.

Fundraising and Investment Management

  • Support fundraising activities through the preparation of materials and detailed analysis.
