Job Title: Associate – OMS Job Location: Manila In this role, you will have the opportunity to work upon one or more back-end services for the Order Management Solutions service line, supporting countries, regions, or global and ensuring timely and accurate completion of tasks/target assigned. You will be part of a larger team, sharing best practices & working upon the services with continuous improvement approach. Key Responsibilities: · To understand the requirement of the station’s / country’s documentation and ensure jobs are executed as per standard operating procedures. · Ensure department SLAs and all Key Performance Indicators are being met as per the agreed delivery guidelines. · Operate on the services according to the shifts, countries, or regions aligned. · Deliver a high level of service quality through timely and accurate completion of services. · Collaborate with colleagues within the business to identify solutions, best practices, and opportunities to improve the service to our business partners. · Flag any challenges in the operations to the immediate supervisor and business partner in a timely manner. · Co-ordinate with the relevant stakeholders for regular communication and flow of information as defined for the respective service. Required Skills/Abilities: · Bachelor´s degree (any). A degree in logistics, management will be an advantage. · 0 – 3 years of job experience from BPO or logistics domain – Preferred · Order Management experience will be preferred · Good knowledge in MS office · Effective English communication skills, written and verbal · Exposure to working with Enterprise Resource Platforms (ERPs) - Preferred · Good logical reasoning skills · High level of customer centricity
