As an Associate in renewable energy investments and M&A, you will play an important role in supporting investment decisions in onshore wind, solar PV, and energy storage projects. You will work closely with senior team members, assisting in project execution, financial modeling, due diligence, and stakeholder coordination, while also contributing to buy-side and sell-side M&A transactions.

• Supporting the preparation of investment decisions, including financial analysis, market research, and documentation.
• Assisting in transaction processes such as due diligence, contract negotiations, and stakeholder coordination.
• Conducting financial modeling and preparing executive-level presentations.
• Collaborating with internal teams across development, legal, and financing functions.
• Engaging in buy-side and sell-side M&A transactions, contributing to the structuring of investments and sales.
• Contributing to OX2’s transition towards a hybrid energy company by helping structure investments and sales.
