About the Role:  As an Associate People and Culture Business Partner, you will play a hands‑on role in supporting managers and employees across a designated client portfolio by providing practical, timely and solutions‑focused HR advice. Working closely with senior Business Partners, you will help manage day‑to‑day people matters, interpret policies, legislation and industrial instruments, and contribute to organisational change initiatives. Position Key Duties * Provide high‑quality, timely People and Culture advice to managers and employees on policies, procedures, enterprise agreements and relevant legislation. * Manage a designated client portfolio, partnering with leaders to address day‑to‑day people matters and escalating complex issues as required. * Support organisational change initiatives by assisting with planning, coordination, consultation and implementation activities. * Interpret and apply industrial instruments and legislation to deliver practical, compliance‑focused workforce solutions. * Prepare and maintain People and Culture reports, including workforce metrics, compliance data and employee lifecycle reporting. * Advise on position classification, position descriptions and associated recruitment processes. * Educate and coach managers on People and Culture policies, processes and best practice people management. * Collaborate closely with Business Partners, P&C colleagues and external providers to deliver consistent, customer‑focused outcomes.
