We are seeking an experienced Associate Partner to lead and scale a 500+ FTE Finance Reporting team supporting Financial Services clients under an As-a-Service model. The role demands deep expertise in FP&A, Risk and Management Reporting for global FS clients, strong executive presence, and the ability to drive operational excellence, transformation, and client relationship management at the C‑Suite level.

Responsibilities

Lead and scale a large-scale Finance Reporting team of over 500 FTEs while driving operational excellence and transformation. Manage executive-level client relationships and oversee the end-to-end delivery of financial services under an As-a-Service model.
